1. Order Processing
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Once your payment is authorized and verified, I will begin making your items. Because each item is handmade/hand-dyed uniquely for you, creating times will vary from 5-14 days before shipping.
- Wearables - approx. 5 days
- Cushions - approx. 7 days
- Quilts - approx. 10-14 days
3. Shipment Rates
Colour Me Cosy ships world wide! And so, the shipping rate varies greatly between each country and will be worked out during check out based on the weight of the package:

4. Delivery Estimate
We strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and begin on the date of shipment, rather than the date of the order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the delivery capabilities of the delivery company at your current location. Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as Covid-19 or weather may impact delivery times.
Please note:
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Orders are not guaranteed to be shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, due to family life and kids, but if possible I will ship during weekends.
- The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items ordered.
